We'll have a telephone interview with you before inviting you to come in and meet us. Even though we can't see you, we can certainly hear a smile and the difference it makes. And remember to really think about why you want to work with us and what we mean by customer service.

Face-to-face
If everything goes well over the phone we'll ask you to come and meet your potential new Store Manager. Remember: first impressions count and you can only make them once, so dressing smartly is well worth it.

Oh, and don't forget

  • To think about why you really want to join our team

  • Some identification e.g. your passport

  • Right To Work in UK documents

  • Proof of address e.g. utility bill

  • Proof of your national insurance number

  • To be yourself
