Be prepared to succeed
Take a little extra care and attention when you fill in your application because we'll give you a ring to double-check all your details. Also if you have or need a visa, please make sure it's all in order first.
We'll then ask you a couple of questions about the jobs you've had so far. So try to have some great examples on the tip of your tongue. If this goes well, we'd like to meet you face-to-face at one of our Vodafone Experience Days. This is an interactive day, where you'll get to explore your local contact centre, get an insight into the role, put your skills to the test and, of course, ask any niggling questions you have about working here.
When you come in there's a few more things you need to remember.

Passport or full birth certificate
Utility bill or bank statement
Proof of National Insurance
A glowing character reference
Your CV complete with previous employers and education details
Oh, and, you only get one shot at a first impression - so a smart outfit will certainly help
